I liked this book because the characters solved a mystery.

Dracula
by Bram Stoker

Overall, I loved reading this book. The plot came together nicely and the characters were both compelling, and interesting to learn about. Dracula wasn't quite "horror" in the way that I was used to, instead of jump scares and gore, it used descriptions and a sense of suspense to build the reader's anxiety. The entire time that I was reading, I felt like the characters were real, which not many horror books can do. It didn't use cliches at all, the plot twists were well thought out and all made sense with what information the book had supplied previously. My only note is that there were a lot of casual sexist remarks made toward the middle, which was off-putting for me, even though I know that this book was made during a time when that was considered okay. It took me a lot of time to get through, but Dracula was definitely worth the read.

I liked the way that Snake had a sudden change of heart when he actually helped on the mission. I also liked that he sneakily ate some chickens.

Funny and crazy! They said they were going to surprise eachother which means it's less of a surprise. Gerald thought piggies was in trouble piggies thought Gerald was eating lunch. Then they went to get eachother and then they saw eachother and were shocked because they didn't know where the other was.

By The Shores Of Silver Lake

This is a spectacular book that is on my must read book. It is continued from three books. It is a story about A girl called Laura, who moved near silver lake. She met a girl named Lena who rode horses together. When Lena had to move, they wished each other safe travels. They moved into this large house. Laura admitted that it was the biggest house she’d ever lived in. She moves a lot so this is very surprising. One of the merriest times is when It was Christmas time! Laura’s dad played the fiddle and they sang a lot of merry tunes, including this one: “Hello oh, pretty maid, where are you going? I’m going a, milking sir. What is your fortune oh, pretty maid. My fortune is my face sir. Then I can’t marry you oh, pretty maid. Nobody asked sir.” People they knew had Christmas dinner, and they all got wonder full presents. My favorite part was that Laura’s youngest sister, Grace, was missing. She found her in a what she thought that was a fairy ring. It was full of violets and was perfectly round. We should all know that give more, take less.

A great backstory for Snow, very interesting. It was a good read (though not as good as the original Hunger Games series). Overall, I enjoyed it.

My favorite part in this book was when Mr.Klutz jumped out of a plane in an ape suit and landed in a pizza that was going to be on TV and in The Guinness Book Of World Records, and Mr Tony jumped in to save him.
